At Config Intelligence, we’re on a bold mission: to dramatically reduce the time and cost of developing robotics foundation models and accelerate their real-world adoption for complex, high-value tasks. The biggest bottleneck? Gathering the high-quality training data—quickly, affordably, and at scale. To achieve this we're heavily focused on building data infrastructure and data scenario-generation technology.
We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and mission-aligned Data Engineer (Junior, Senior, or Intern) to join our founding team. You’ll collaborate closely with AI and robotics experts to design and manage the core data scenarios that collectors follow—ensuring our acquisition pipelines deliver diverse, high-quality datasets that power generalizable robotic intelligence.

Areas You May Contribute To
Areas You May Contribute To
Design, curate, and parameterize data scenarios that capture the diversity and complexity of real-world environments robots must handle.
Build and maintain tools and workflows for creating, validating, and scaling the scenarios that form the roots of our large-scale robotics datasets.
Monitor and improve data quality and diversity across multiple dimensions (objects, actions, environments, viewpoints, etc.).
Ensure data acquisition pipelines run reliably and efficiently in collaboration with engineers, research scientists, and collectors.
Design, curate, and parameterize data scenarios that capture the diversity and complexity of real-world environments robots must handle.
Build and maintain tools and workflows for creating, validating, and scaling the scenarios that form the roots of our large-scale robotics datasets.
Monitor and improve data quality and diversity across multiple dimensions (objects, actions, environments, viewpoints, etc.).
Ensure data acquisition pipelines run reliably and efficiently in collaboration with engineers, research scientists, and collectors.
What We’re Looking For
What We’re Looking For
Academic background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physical science, or a related field; or, professional experience in AI/ML data engineering or model training/validation.
Proficiency in Python, with experience working with structured/unstructured data.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for tackling difficult, high-impact problems that don’t have ready-made answers.
Ownership mentality, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a highly fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Korean and written English.
Academic background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physical science, or a related field; or, professional experience in AI/ML data engineering or model training/validation.

Experience in designing systematic frameworks for generating, validating, and organizing diverse, large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with data labeling/curation for computer vision, language, or robotics tasks.
Experience in robotics, AI/ML data pipelines, robotics foundation models, or VLA models.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Vietnamese.
