Welcome to Config. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site"), the Config Loop platform, and any other services, products, or content we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Contracting Entity

When you use our Services, you are contracting with one of the following Config entities (the "Contracting Entity," and together with its affiliates, "Config," "we," "our," or "us"):

  • Config Intelligence Inc., with offices at #222, 3003 N 1st Street, San Jose, CA 95134, USA, if you are based in the United States or in any country other than the Republic of Korea; or
  • 컨피그인텔리전스코리아 주식회사 (Config Intelligence Korea), with offices at 3F, 242 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (06221), if you are based in the Republic of Korea.

2. Use of Our Services

  • The content provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only.
  • You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality, including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with other users.
  • Unauthorized use of the Services may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Config Loop Accounts and Services

  • Account Registration. To use Config Loop, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and company or affiliation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have rights to use; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying models, weights, or training data; (c) use the Services to develop a competing product; or (d) violate applicable law.
  • Customer Content. You retain ownership of the data, scenarios, recordings, and other content you upload to Config Loop ("Customer Content"). You grant Config a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
  • Beta and Preview Features. Config Loop and certain related features may be offered as beta, preview, or early-access. These features are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and are not subject to any service-level commitment.
  • Suspension and Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials related to the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, software, and the Config Robot Foundation Model ("RFM"), are owned or licensed by Config and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the Services without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. Third-Party Links

  • The Services may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date but make no warranties or representations regarding completeness, reliability, or suitability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Config will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Privacy

  • Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or by email where appropriate.
  • Continued use of the Services following updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • For users contracting with Config Intelligence Inc., these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
  • For users contracting with 컨피그인텔리전스코리아 주식회사 (Config Intelligence Korea), these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
