TechCrunch profiles Config as the data layer for the next generation of robotics. Rather than building robots itself, Config provides the high-quality training data that robot foundation models need to learn manipulation tasks — the bet being that data quality, not robot hardware, is the bottleneck for general-purpose manipulation.
